1:03I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America

1:07and to the republic for which it stands,

1:10one nation, under God, indivisible,

1:13with liberty and justice for all.

1:16That was great.

1:19And folks, just like that, we're going to say goodbye

1:21because we have no items on open session today,

1:26which rarely happens,

1:27but unfortunately we do not have any.

1:30So I'm going to ask for a motion to close open session,

1:33and we're going to retire to go into executive session

1:37to discuss items under contractual,

1:39matters surrounding possible sale or lease of real property with Hubbard,

1:43matters surrounding contractual agreement

1:45between the town of Riverhead and Lighthouse Market with Waski,

1:49matters surrounding contractual agreement

1:51between the town of Riverhead and the BIDMA with Hubbard.

1:54We have a legal matter,

1:55matters surrounding potential litigation

1:57between the town of Riverhead

1:59and New York City.

2:00That's with Councilor Howard.

2:02And we have a personnel issue,

2:04matters surrounding possible leave of absence of an employee,

2:08and that will be with Ashley Striplin Teo.

2:10So at this time I would ask for a motion to close open session

2:14and go into executive session.

2:16So moved.

And folks, just like that, we're going to say goodbye because we have no items on open session today, which rarely happens, but unfortunately we do not have any. So I'm going to ask for a motion to close open session, and we're going to retire to go into executive session to discuss items under contractual, matters surrounding possible sale or lease of real property with Hubbard, matters surrounding contractual agreement between the town of Riverhead and Lighthouse Market with Waski, matters surrounding contractual agreement between the town of Riverhead and the BIDMA with Hubbard.
