3:59Good morning.
3:59off for everyone because looking at it on the page it's kind of difficult I
4:04mean I know we're all familiar with these roads here and that way everybody
4:13watching can see okay so this amendment is just proposing as you can see in that
4:22chapter there's there are many residential roads that have certain
4:27times that you can and cannot work on them so this road in particular as you
4:33can see there are a couple of medical offices you want to do it on the big one
4:37so sorry yes there are a couple of medical offices right off of Roanoke as
4:43you can see Roanoke is a wider road it's more of a main road but when these
4:47parking lots fill up during peak hours of medical appointments people have been
4:52parking all along the northerly side of this road
4:56it's a big issue
4:57because as you can see these are single-family homes with driveways and
5:00it gets extremely bunched up over there and it's difficult for cars to pass and
5:06it's extremely unsafe so this would just be as any other you know as you can see
5:12there's plenty of other residential streets that we've done similar things
5:15on it's just to add that one particular area to alleviate the congestion so
5:22there's any questions plenty of room at the Staples Park property for an
5:27extension of the road. Thank you.
5:27Second question from Kim she's from Montgomery she's from Montgomery she's
5:31from Montgomery she's from Montgomery she's from Montgomery she's from Montgomery
5:34she's from Montgomery she's from Montgomery she's from Montgomery she's from

5:51she's from Montgomery she's from Montgomery she's from Montgomery
5:57Just for a little extra context, they didn't necessarily ask for this code change specifically.
6:02They expressed frustration with the parking situation at Advanced Dermatology.
6:08And so in talking with this with Counselor Pilo and with Rich Downs in Code Enforcement,
6:16we came up with this as a remedy for that.
6:20And if it needs to be adjusted, it can be adjusted.
6:24But it's sort of tailored just to affect weekdays when that office is open.
6:30So after six weekends, you know, whoever has anyone that needs to park there, it's completely fine.
6:37Good stuff.
6:40I much appreciate the visuals and all of the description.
6:44Anybody have questions?
6:45Nope, I loved them.
6:46Yeah, it was great.
6:47Thank you for the added info.
6:48And with everyone's permission,
6:49if I could put this in the chat,
6:50I would put this in for a publish and post for a public hearing.
6:52Yes, that would be great.
6:53Great.
6:54Thank you.
6:56Enjoy your maps.
6:57You can keep those.
6:59I would encourage the residents there to come to that public hearing.
7:03Yeah, that would be helpful.
7:09So with that, today we wrap up actually our work session very quickly.
7:13And so I'd just like to ask for a first and second.
7:15To enter into an executive session with contractual matters surrounding potential,
7:20contractual agreement related to the Perkins Power Station with Kern and Hurley,
7:27and then litigation matters surrounding litigation between the Town of Riverhead and a former employee with Councillor Howard,
7:33and matters surrounding updated on litigation between the Gigliotta and the Town of Riverhead with Howard again,
7:41and matters surrounding litigation between the Town of Riverhead and Suffolk County with Halpin and Howard.
7:47Can I please have a first and a second?
