2:48The only comment I have is on the home rule resolution.

2:53I'm very glad to see that our town board is taking this,

2:59um,

2:59state legislation very seriously and doing your best to protect us I'm not

3:05very well versed in the language of the resolution but I it does stand to reason

3:11that if we don't say something then we get what we get and I'm very happy to

3:15see that we're making home rule stand out for for the town of Riverhead and

3:23for your protection for our land use thank you thank you very much do we

3:31have anybody else online nobody online having seen nobody in the audience we

3:41will move on to the resolutions for court would you please read the

3:44resolutions sure resolution number one is 418 classifies special permit

3:49application for National Grid facility upgrades as an

3:52unlisted

3:53action issues negative declaration pursuant to secret 8 mill road

6:33Personnel, matters surrounding change in status of an employee with Howard.

6:37And contractual, matters surrounding contractual for professional services also with Howard.

6:42So at this point in time, we're going to close.

6:44We are closed.

6:46And we will reopen again.

6:47We have to open the open session again and then go into executive or can we go into executive

6:56Well, I think you have to go back into the work session.
