Applicant shall make application for building permit and or building inspection as deemed appropriate by the senior building inspector within 30 days from the date of this approval related to improvements, including those improvements related to heating and plumbing made to former seasonal accessory apartment, now single family dwelling on lot 2, and receive certificate of occupancy for use as a single family dwelling. The former seasonal accessory apartment now single family dwelling shall be the principal use on lot 2 and any further accessory structure shall be subordinate in size and use to the principal use. Applicant shall remove all encroachments in the highway right of way, including gravel parking area and pillars, dwelling shall be the principal use on lot two and any further accessory structures shall be subordinate in size and use to the principal use.
